DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed based on the necessity of processing for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). We ensure that the data we collect is:

• Processed lawfully,
• Collected for specific, legitimate purposes and not further processed in an incompatible manner,
• Accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed,
• Stored in a form that allows the identification of the individuals concerned no longer than necessary for the intended purpose.

DATA RECIPIENTS

Personal data may be shared with the following categories of entities:

• Authorized individuals – employees and associates of WIRKK Glider Service Jerzy Biskup,
• Entities to which the Controller is legally obliged to disclose data,
• Data recipients such as couriers, postal services, and banks.

The only cases where personal data may be shared beyond these categories are when required by law. We do not sell personal data or share it with other entities beyond those listed above. Personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data is retained no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes arising from the Controller’s legitimate interests, specifically:

• Personal data of employees and associates will be stored for the period specified in the Labor Code (Article 94, points 9a and 9b) and the Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy on employer record-keeping (§ 6(1) and following),
• Personal data of contractors obtained for preparing offers and concluding or executing contracts will be retained as long as necessary to fulfill all contractual obligations and pursue claims,
• Personal data processed to comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting regulations, will be retained for the period specified by relevant regulations and then stored for archival purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for order fulfillment. Failure to provide personal data will prevent WIRKK Glider Service Jerzy Biskup from proceeding with the execution of the order.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data processing,
• Object to the processing of personal data,
• Transfer personal data,
• Withdraw consent to data processing at any time,
